Customer Service API
Manage token lifecycle and resolve customer inquiries
The Customer Service API is a one-stop resource for handling token lifecycle management or resolve any customer inquiries. It supports multiple actions necessary to maintain issued tokens with the major schemes’ token service providers.
The Mea Token Platform and its APIs are scheme agnostic, meaning that the card issuer can support multiple card schemes and wallets through the same API. Please see the figure below for a high-level visual overview.

Note that MeaWallet provides a web portal that consumes the Customer Service API and exposes the services through an intuitive graphical user interface. Please head over to MSP User Guide section for more information.
